These Terms of Service govern your use of sociallegendary.com and the services we provide. By engaging us you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide social media strategy, content creation, community management, influencer coordination and analytics on a monthly subscription basis. Specific deliverables are defined in your statement of work.
2. Payments
Invoices are issued monthly in advance and due within 7 days. Late payment may pause service.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime with 14 days notice. No refunds on the current billing cycle.
4. Ownership
All deliverables produced under an active subscription transfer to you on payment. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you opt out.
5. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior three months.
